Client Goals— Transform a 1990’s living room/dining room closed in plan into an open and clean modern space

Design Challenge— Loosing the arches and the small entry across the front while opening up the small sliding glass doors into one large one.  The other challenge was creating a destination and internal view out the back where there was none. 

Signature Detail— The covered outdoor living space addition and pool with cascading waterfall.
