Snead Island, FL

Client Goal: Capture an Old South feel and river views with modern amenities.

Design Challenge: Unique lot shape that opened up at odd angles. We wanted to keep traditional lines and details yet take advantage of the outdoor living spaces and views.

Signature Design Detail: The front porch and the outdoor living area, including the pool, and the perfect placement of the antique cast iron fountain they brought down from Kentucky.

Design Partners: DesignLines and Bruce Williams Homes Interior Design
