East Bradenton, FL on the Braden River
Client Goal— To create a uniquely modern home that fit tightly between two stately oaks on a bluff just off the river while complementing an existing structure that would be modified into a guest cottage.
Design Challenge— Hitting all the right details while working within a tight budget
