Client Goal: It was all about capturing the river views from every possible vantage point and maximizing their outdoor living lifestyle

Design Challenge: Unique lot configuration and the LiMWa flood zone with low-lying existing lot elevation

Signature Design Detail:

• Interior: Curved aluminum suspended staircase with stained wood cladding.
• Exterior: Large 2-story outdoor living space and cabana for entertaining.

Signature Materials: Concrete structure, including poured-concrete decks, PGT casement windows, Eurowall sliding glass doors, stained Signature front door, stained cypress beams, and hand-crafted tabby details.
