Client Goal— It was all about capturing the river views from every possible vantage point and maximizing their outdoor living lifestyle

Design Challenge— Unique lot configuration and the LiMWa flood zone with low lying existing lot elevation

Signature Design Detail—
interior— Curved aluminum suspended staircase with stained wood cladding.
Exterior— Large 2 story outdoor living space and cabana for entertaining.

Signature Materials— Concrete structure including poured concrete decks, PGT casement windows, Eurowall sliding glass doors, stained Signature front door, stained cypress beams, and hand crafted tabby details.
