Client Goal— Old Florida architecture with welcoming spaces and room for a growing family.

Design Challenge— Saving as many of the existing trees as possible while getting the square footage required for the growing family and leaving space enough for a fun backyard and outdoor living space.

Signature Design Detail— The wrap around porch with the exposed tails and stone that recalls the local architecture of the 1920’s.
