Client Goal: They loved the southern-living home they found and wanted to replicate it as closely as possible while meeting all stringent SW Florida Hurricane codes.

Design Challenge: The home was designed for non-coastal construction, including full conventional frame construction. We loved figuring out how to maintain the delicate details while backing them up with solid coastal construction.

Signature Detail: The conventional-frame, open-rafter, wrap-around porch.
