East Bradenton, FL, on Lake Evers

Client Goal: True multigenerational home with private and shared spaces.

Design Challenge: Combine the unique tastes of both generations and navigate local building code restrictions for this kind of home while minimizing elevation challenges for a comfortable aging-in-place lifestyle, given the topography and flood zone restrictions.

Signature Design Detail: The spectacular front entry and huge covered lanai.
