Client Goal: Create the ultimate family home, built to last, and maximize their outdoor living lifestyle.

Design Challenge: Navigate the LOMa process to move the Velocity Zone flood zone, maximize buildable space, and incorporate the pool and outdoor living space.

Signature Materials: Concrete and masonry structure, including poured-concrete decks, ES windows, a EuroWall pivot door, sliding glass doors, and bi-folding panels.
