Bradenton, FL, off Warner’s Bayou

Client Goal: Preserve the architecture of their existing 1940s Mediterranean home, which was lost in a fire, and rebuild it to meet enduring coastal codes while maximizing entertainment spaces.

Design Challenge: Take advantage of the wide but shallow lot and tie in the existing pool tucked in the far SW corner.

Signature Design Detail: The hip vaulted great room and open kitchen.
