Bradenton, FL on Warner’s Bayou

Client Goal— Embody their Southern Coastal roots and love of entertaining family and friends

Design Challenge— Unique positioning of the home across the street from their dock and water views.  It was all about the front porch and capturing that view while helping the clients create their own “view” in the beautifully landscaped retreat in the rear yard.

Signature Materials— Concrete structure, real clay brick, and Hardie siding.
