Gulf Front on Holmes Beach, FL

Client Goal: Capture Gulf Front views from as many rooms as possible, while anticipating the unlikely event of a future home on an “unbuildable lot” on the Gulf side of their home, and incorporating living spaces for their large extended family.

Design Challenge: Coastal construction line, restrictive buildable footprint, and drainage requirements in Holmes Beach, FL—built in the middle of the most active local hurricane season in history.

Signature Materials: Concrete structure, including poured-concrete decks, Hardie Siding, Kolbe windows, Signature Door, and hand-crafted Tabby stucco.
