Gulf Front on Holmes Beach, FL

Client Goal—capturing gulf front views from every room possible, while anticipating the unlikely event of a future home on an “unbuildable lot” that is gulf side of their home and incorporating living spaces for their large extended family.

Design Challenge—coastal construction line, restrictive buildable footprint and drainage requirements of Holmes Beach, FL…built in the middle of most active local hurricane season in history.

Signature materials—concrete structure including poured concrete decks, Hardie Siding, Kolbe windows, Signature Door, and hand crafted Tabby stucco

Design Partners—Beacon Design, Gulfcoast Engineering, and Client personally handling interior design
