Client Goal— Design and build a traditional beach cottage with a one of a kind wrap around porch and plenty of square footage and rooms for the 2 younger generations to visit and enjoy.

Design Challenge—Meet their goals while working around 3 large protected Banyan trees and the restrictive Anna Maria Island maximum buildable foot print and drainage requirements.

Signature Detail— The rounded porch and roof focal point of the large elevated wrap around porch.
