Client Goal: Design and build a traditional beach cottage with a one-of-a-kind wraparound porch and plenty of square footage and rooms for the 2 younger generations to visit and enjoy.

Design Challenge: Meet their goals while working around 3 large protected Banyan trees and the restrictive Anna Maria Island maximum buildable footprint and drainage requirements.

Signature Detail: The rounded porch and roof, the focal point of the large, elevated wrap-around porch.
