Client Goals: Transform a 1990s living room/dining room with a closed-in plan into an open, clean, modern space.

Design Challenge: Remove the arches and small front entry while opening up the small sliding glass doors into one large opening. The other challenge was creating a destination and an internal view out the back where none existed. 

Signature Detail: The covered outdoor living space addition and pool with cascading waterfall.
