Client Goal— They loved the Southern Living home they found and wanted to replicate it as close as possible yet meet all of the stringent SW Florida Hurricane codes.

Design Challenge— The home was designed for non-coastal construction including full conventional frame construction.  We loved figuring out how to maintain the delicate details while backing them up with solid coastal construction.

Signature Detail— The conventionally frame open rafter wrap around porch.
