There are many good construction companies but Bruce Williams Homes is a GREAT company. It was obvious to us from the beginning, that Bruce Williams Homes was dedicated to making sure we were happy with EVERY aspect of our home. The team (design, finance, construction managers and Brit Williams) communicated flawlessly, LISTENED to our vision of what we wanted, advised us to different avenues to get to that vision and were very patient to our changes of that vision during the building process. It was also evident that Bruce Williams Homes has the respect of the sub-contractors and a very good working relationship, so even with the COVID pandemic, most everything ran smoothly. When it didn’t, Bruce Williams Homes “had our back”. We never once doubted that the home was being well-built, supervised to the utmost and we were encouraged to be involved in all building changes/decision. We had monthly budget meetings so there are no “surprises” during the building process or after the home is completed. You will not regret choosing BW Homes and BW Team.

We recently completed a custom home with Bruce Williams Homes. They are an outstanding company with the highest ethical standards. They worked closely with our architect and with us to make sure the house met all of our needs both esthetically and practically. The design consultant, Judy Chadwick was thorough and willing to work with unusual special materials. She was very respectful of our limited budget but never compromised on the quality. The management team of Dave Robinson and Britt Williams were always available when any challenges came up and our on site supervisor, Ed Tumolo made sure all the subs work was quality throughout.

We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn’t be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we’ve made significant changes to the home’s facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we’ve experienced till now.

We are very happy that we chose Bruce Williams Homes as our contracting team on our new guest house. Micheal has done an outstanding job keeping me informed and having the site organized and tidy. I called Britt the day after Milton hit and made him aware that my porch roof had blown off. He came out that day and did what he could to shore a beam up. All of this and the attention that Judy gave us during the design process has been great.

It is refreshing to deal with a construction family that has a can-do attitude.
