Bradenton, FL off Warner’s Bayou

Client Goal— Keep the architecture of their existing 1940’s Mediterranean home that was lost in a fire but built to the enduring coastal codes while maximizing the entertainment spaces.

Design Challenge— Take advantage of the wide but shallow lot and tie in the existing pool that was tucked in the far SW corner of the lot.

Signature Design Detail— The hip vaulted great room and open kitchen
